Cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover is acceptable at the mobile. We are sorry, we do not accept checks!

What to bring besides my pet?

-Drivers license for proof of identification

-Water for you and your pet

-Something for your pet to stand/lie on (pavement gets very hot during the summer)

-Plastic bags to clean up after your pet

What to do when I get to your location?

-Park in an area that does not obstruct traffic at entrances, exits, drive-thrus and shopping areas

-Form a single file line

-Listen for further directions

-Again, you MUST clean up after your pet

Rules for dogs:

-Must be short leash for dogs big or small.

-Make sure the collar is on good so your pet won’t get lost.

-If your pet is not good around others please bring a helping hand with you.

-If your pet is in the car please turn on the air for them and/or have the windows cracked (not all the way up). Remember it gets very hot in a closed vehicle!

-Remember your pet is not in their own protected environment and anything can arise. Beware of your surroundings at all times.

-If you cannot properly restrain your dog and we feel it is at risk of escaping we will decline services for the safety of your pet and others.

Rules for cats:

-Only ONE cat per pet carrier.

-Please make sure to leave your cat in a carrier at all times.

-A loose cat can get scared very easy in a different environment and could escape from you.
